Excellent breakfast, and the same for the rooms; the tram stop to the town centre is right in front of the hotel, and you are in the heart of Lille in 5 minutes. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and professional, and there is a free water dispenser (cold and hot) on every floor of the hotel

Breakfast was exceptionally good with plenty of choice. Room very nice, quite compact but well decorated and large enough for a few days, bathroom also fine. Location of the hotel was excellent, with tramstop literally outside the door, and a few restaurants only a few yards away.

The room was good, no complaints at all. I didn’t have any meals in the hotel so cannot comment. There is a tram stop almost directly in front of the hotel, it’s only two stops to the central station, end of the line. Very convenient but extremely busy at rush hour times, I once had to let two trams pass before I could squeeze on.

This was a very nice hotel. The room was basic but comfortable and very clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast had a good variety to suit all tastes. Coffee was available 24 hours which was welcome. Location excellent and easy access to the tram. The hotel was an easy walking distance of the 2 main rail stations. 2 good bar/restaurants serving good food close by. I would recommend and stay again if in the area.

Decent location, with tram stop just outside, making it easy to get to and from rail station. Pleasant rooms, with interesting decor. A little different from standard budget hotels. Very comfortable bed. Slept very well. Very helpful staff.

Breakfast ...relaxed and sufficient. Staff helpful and attentive. Location very good...trams, buses and trains very accessible and regular. Cleaning staff very efficient and no complaints. Reception staff supportive. Timothy was great help and articulate which helped greatly. Kitchen ladies smiling and dutiful.

The room was a very nice size with very nice furniture, very big and comfortable bed ( mattress ) pillows as well. Bathroom with the right facilities, nice TV. Breakfast very good unfortunately not big choice of hot food but it men to be a continental bf. Could be perfect with more choice of fresh fruit and better cooked scrambled eggs!!!

Good location (about 15 minute stroll from the historic centre) and very clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great to have a car park but when they say it’s a tight squeeze to get in they aren’t kidding. We just about made it with our Seat Arona.

Room is clean, all the amenties in bathroom are perfect, very clean towels. The bed is good for deep sleep. The staff at breakfast room is kind and helpful. The hotel is not in the center of old town. There are water filter mchine every floor.
